			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Quitting is not easy. Yet the only way to rediscover the inspiration and heart of your 20 years. Here are some tips to help you overcome your cravings without stress or nervousness.</p>
<p>- On the eve of D-Day: Locate and remove all your accessories smoking (cigarettes, lighters, ashtrays &#8230;). Schedule your next day in order to have the least possible downtime. Avoid all situations that were previously associated with smoking: the coffee break between smoking, coffee after the meals, invitations to dinner with friends smoking.</p>
<p>- Be patient with the shortcomings. The key to successfully quitting smoking smooth is that when you crave a cigarette, wait a few minutes &#8211; a nicotine withdrawal usually lasts three to five minutes. Do something instead of smoking, like chewing gum or drinking water.</p>
<p>- Try to avoid triggers that increase your desire to smoke, such as alcohol and coffee. Change your habits. Prefer to drink tea instead of coffee, juice orange juice rather than beer &#8230; At work, avoid if possible take your rest among the smokers you avoid temptation. Your colleagues and friends will understand your decision to quit.</p>
<p>- Fill your fridge with fresh vegetables: carrot, cauliflower, tomatoes &#8230; When the urge to smoke you take, bite into an apple or nibble a carrot! You do not transform rodent and some days you&#8217;ll feel much fitter with full of greenery and vitamin C.</p>
<p>- To fight against stress and nervousness listen to music that soothes you, take a bath, do yoga or relaxation exercises, practice a sport.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At the age of 20-25 years the aging process begins. In theory, it first reaches the eye, eyebrows, forehead and the lip contour. It is generally expected the milestone of 30 years to make it visible.<br />
But we are not equal before the lines: their presence and visibility depend on the history of individuals, their heredity and lifestyles.<br />
The market for cosmetic anti-aging has evolved dramatically in recent years.<br />
The products and technologies are used to delay and even correct the manifestations of aging skin.<br />
The skin is the most sensitive time, it is genetically programmed to live to 150 years!</p>
<p>I &#8211; The aging of the skin.<br />
1 &#8211; What are the causes?<br />
There are several phenomena generating aging skin:<br />
- The age, physiological processes, which are involved in the field of genetics and hormonal changes.<br />
- Processes psychological stress.<br />
- The external aggression: the sun (UV rays), dehydration, pollution.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The skin is a protective organ of variable thickness between the eyelids and palms. It is composed of 70% water, 27.5% protein, 2% fat and 0.5% minerals (micronutrients). Its structure consists of a stratum corneum, a constituent of the epidermis and a film hydrolipidic. <p>The skin is divided into three parts.<br />

<p>The hair is rooted in a follicle, the matrix that creates and nourishes through the blood vessels.</p>
<p>Besides the hair, there is a small gland, the sebaceous gland that produces a slightly oily liquid called sebum to protect against external aggressions.</p>
<p>The hair color is given by the melanin pigment in the hair shaft, which is synthesized by specific cells: the melanocytes.</p>
